I am Ellen Hedley sole proprietor of Elite VA and I hope that by viewing my website I can entice you to try this up and coming way of working and allow you to benefit from the services I can offer and put to use the technology available.

I re-located to Northumberland from London in December 2001 and hope to use the experience and skills I have gained to create a first class service to a wide range of individuals and businesses.

Although the work is done virtually, I feel that an element of personal involvement is needed and I can offer you this. Although I may not be in the office next door to you I am always at the end of a telephone for you and your clients and have been known in the past to take dictation using this method of communication!

There are many advantages to using a VA including the lack of overheads to you the client, no need for you to worry about tax and NI, sickness and holiday payments.

You just pay for the work you need and do not waste resources on full-time staff at times when their services cannot be fully utilised. There are no running costs, training, advertising or recruitment costs - you become a client not an employer.
